Schneider Heating & Cooling, Inc. is a family owned business that has been servicing the Southwestern Chicago suburbs since 1999 with over 17 years experience in both residential and light commercial work.
While we service all brands, we specialize in the Rheem/Ruud/Weather King heating and cooling product line. Rheem has been in business since 1926. We had the opportunity to tour their plant in Fort Smith, AR. It was intriguing to learn how they are one of the nation’s largest sheet metal purchasers outside of the auto industry due to the fact that they manufacture everything from their heat exchangers to their casings. The few parts that are manufactured by outside vendors have to meet up to intense quality standards. All equipment carries a five-year parts warranty while the furnace heat exchangers carry a twenty-year to life-time warranty. Rheem also boasts as having manufactured the first truly modulating 90+ efficiency gas furnace.
